Request to withdraw
In accordance with Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you exercise this right before your parcel has been shipped, your order will simply be refunded in full, using the payment method used for the order, within 14 days of the date of your withdrawal request.
