Why create an account ?
It is necessary to create an account in order to be able to place an order. With your account, you will have a history of the orders you have placed and the information you have entered.

What information is collected when creating an account?
In order to create your account, the following information will be required: title, last name, first name, postal address, telephone, email and password.
Your telephone number will allow our carrier to notify you of the delivery of your order by text.
What is the origin of the masks sold in the shop?
All masks sold in the Texinov Shop® store are produced in France in our factory at La Tour du Pin in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. The machines that help in their production are also made in France, as well as the materials used.
What is the difference between a TexiShield® FFP2 PPE-MD mask and a TexiShield® FFP2 PPE mask ?
The difference between the two references, a TexiShield® FFP2 PPE mask and a TexiShield® FFP2 PPE-DM mask, is a difference in norms. Both products meet the requirements of the PPE norm, i.e. the EN 149 norm.
The difference is that our TexiShield® FFP2 PPE-MD also meets the EN 14 683 standard for Type II R surgical masks. This standard requires additional testing through bacteriological controls by independent laboratories, which are not performed on the TexiShield® FFP2 PPE reference.
Therefore, this reference is a “dual use” mask: a mask that is both an individual protective equipment and a medical device as mentioned by the ANSM. Source ANSM 2013: https://ansm.sante.fr/.
These masks are intended more particularly for a professional clientele which is mobilized within hospital structures, EPHAD or medical practices.
How long can I wear the TexiShield® FFP2 mask ?
The maximum wearing time is 8 hours of continuous wear. It is therefore perfectly suited to a working day. TexiShield® FFP2 is a single-use mask and is not washable.
Are TexiShield® masks comfortable ?
TexiShield® masks are very comfortable, but above all they are breathable, which makes them different from other masks available on the market. The outer layers of our mask are Oeko-Tex certified. Lightweight and breathable, they are easy to forget.
Does the TexiShield® FFP2 mask fit all sizes ?
Our masks have been designed to fit all adult facial shapes.
What is the lifetime of a TexiShield mask ?
TexiShield® masks have a 5 year lifetime. The expiration date is printed on the packaging.
What should I do with my mask after use?
Throw your mask in a dedicated garbage bag. After 24 hours, you can throw your mask in the household garbage.
What are the different means of delivery ?
You have 2 options :
- Delivery to one of the postal pick-up points
- Home delivery
When will I receive my package ?
We undertake to dispatch your package within a maximum of 5 working days after receipt of your payment. To this period two or three working days must be added for your parcel to be sent to you by the carrier.
Are payments secure ?
Payment on our site is perfectly secure. All the data you provide us with during your payment is protected and encryptedby the SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. We therefore do not have access to your bank data. They are transferred in a coded, secure manner to our bank.
In which countries does the company deliver ?
We deliver to mainland France (including Corsica), DOM (Guadeloupe, Mayotte, Reunion, Martinique, French Guiana and Saint Pierre and Miquelon) and Europe.
Are shipping charges applied?
Depending on your delivery method (without signature, with signature, relay point) and the destination (mainland France or others), shipping costs may be applied to your order, the amount of which depends on the above criteria. Shipments to mainland France only and Colissimo without signature or Relay point are free.
Are the FFP2 disposable face masks reserved for health professionals or can I purchase some as an individual?
The regulations about the purchase of face masks may vary, depending on the local context.
In France for example, The FFP2 requisition which started in Franceon the 13th of March is finished since the 31st of May.
Thus, you can obtain FFP2 face masks whether you are an individual or a professional.
